WELCOME AND CONGRATULATORY LUNCHEON

A Warm Afternoon Together: MDDNPP Welcome and Congratulatory Luncheon for Members 2026

The Majlis Dato' Dato' Negeri Pulau Pinang gathered for an afternoon filled with warmth, pride and good company, to welcome new Members and felicitate Members of the Majlis who had been bestowed with higher Orders of Chivalry (Darjah Kebesaran) over Luncheon at Gurney Bay Hotel, Penang on the 15th of August 2026.

We were delighted to welcome 19 new members into the MDDNPP family, each presented with a membership kit to mark the start of their journey with us. At the same time, we had the honour of congratulating five of our members on their conferment to DGPN and DMPN, a proud milestone recognised with a special presentation of congratulatory letters.

The occasion was made even more special with 30 of our existing members joining in to welcome the newcomers and celebrate alongside the honourees, filling the room with familiar faces and genuine camaraderie.

Following the presentations, everyone came together over a wonderful lunch, with plenty of laughter, conversation and photographs exchanged along the way. It was heartening to see so much warmth in the room, and by every account, a truly happy and memorable gathering for all who attended.

MDDNPP looks forward to welcoming our new members formally into future activities, and once again congratulates all our conferment recipients on this well deserved honour.
